Is it time to build Noah's Arc ?

Recent floods in Kerala have submerged and destroyed many man made assets. There have been casualties of human beings and as well animals. Those who were stranded have been rescued using life boats. People are using fishing boats to move on past city roads which have become rivers now.

This reminds us of story of Noah's Arc which is told in the Bible's Genesis flood narrative. Noah also finds mention in Quran, where the ark appears as Safina Nuh. The earliest known written flood myth is a Sumerian flood .

God decides to flood the earth due to humanity's misdeeds.He wanted to bring the earth to its pre creation stage and again rebuild the same.The flood which he intends to create is no ordinary flood but reversal of creation.

Noah built arc big enough to accomodate his family and also certain select animals. He also stocked this arc sufficient with food. Flood did happen and only life which was on arc survived and rest everything wiped out.

Arc was built using God's instructions.God had told Nova that there will be non stop rains for 40 days which will wash out all evil people. After arc was built Nova invited villagers to board the same. However villages called it stupid arc and did not board. Nova managed to bring different animals on arc. It rained heavily and everything got submerged except Nova's Arc.

After floating for 40 days Nova sent one pegeon out to search for land. However pegeon returned after some time as could not find land to stay. After one week he sent pegeon again and this time it did not return. This was clear sign that there is land in vicinity.

Noah's Arc got stuck on one hill top. All his family members and other animals got down. Water receded and everyone started roaming free.

The story of Nova's Arc is lesson for us. We also need to build such huge boats to accomodate our population.

If we observe trend of monsoon world over the pattern is changing. Earlier rains used to be spread over time and at best only rivers were getting flooded. Now there is too much rain in too short time and it floods urban areas in no time and also knee deep water in fields.

In India earlier Mumbai, Chennai , Ahmedabad , Rajkot , Shivpuri in Madhya Pradesh , Uttarakhand places like Yamunetri , Uttarkashi have witnessed heavy rains and heavy floods. Even states of Jammu Kashmir , Rajasthan , Bihar , Orissa , Maharashtra have witnessed heavy flooding. 

The situation is not limited to India alone. Neighbouring countries like Bangladesh , Mynmar , Karachi in Pakistan have also witnessed flood fury.

Other countries like Japan , China , UK , USA had to also deal with floods this season. When it floods locality it also brings spread of contegeous diseases, shortage of drinking water , vehicle movement coming to halt , electricity distribution getting affected and so on.

The recent flood fury by rain god is probably trailor of things to come.
Certain urgent steps are required
a) Municipal Corporation should clear new building maps with habitation floors 3rd floor and above.
b) Drinking Water storage should be at height
c) Slopping roofs for buildings
d) Fire Brigade stations , ward offices , police stations , large housing complexes to have life boats handy.
e) Knowing swimming to be made compulsory. Make it as subject for passing school final year.
f) Underground cables to be banned
g) Adequate helipads in locality
h) Coastal regulations to be further made strict.
i) Create Space ships of fuel more than 60 days. Those who wish can book their seat in advance.

While Noah's Arc is answer to tackle excess water there is another prediction by Nosterdamus which states people will fight with each other for "Water" and that would be end of World.

While they say " Water is Life" ,Our life depends on how water will behave in future.
